Lady Astor is one of a kind, early on having worked as linguist for companies as diverse as Louis Vuitton and Spanish National Radio. She began her career in journalism with prominent articles for publications with truly global reach, from Planeta Urbano to Trax and FACT Magazine UK, starting at prominent heavy metal magazine Madhouse at the tender age of 16.

Lady Astor was previously an editor at Danceworld Magazine, Ediciones Dorsitel (Editorial Planeta) and Vice International, interviewing artists as diverse as the Chemical Brothers, Jeff Mills or Ryuichi Sakamoto and organizing press events for hip-hop legends such as Grandmaster Flash, Q-Bert and Rob Swift.

Ms. Astor has produced art exhibitions in collaboration with Exposed, Levi’s Antidote, the 24 London Project, Shoot Experience, a joint effort with London’s Tate National Gallery, and The Miles Davis Estate’s Still Blue art exhibit. Her deep experiences extend to press management, artistic curation and liaising for Jägermeister events in Latin America and Berlin, and signature venues in Barcelona such as City Hall, Otto Zutz, Le Kashbah, Club Catwalk, Danzatoria, Sidecar, RAUM, Bugged Out! At the Razzmatazz, and Loft through her company La Résistance.

Most recently, Lady Astor has turned her considerable talents to the planning, promotion, and execution of bespoke events for organizations and brands as diverse as IM-1776, Futo, and Daylight Computers.
